Cláudio MonteiroVice-ChairmanStockbroker since 1984, founding partner of BM&F which was active for 15 years (1987-2002) as a Special Operator and partner of Brokerage House of Goods. Partner of Coomex Energy (2005-2010) responsible for the Commercial Department and the Bureau of Operations and Trading, partner of Bank BTG Pactual (2010-2013) responsible for energy and sugar trading operations. Founding partner of MATRIX Energy, Former COGEN Advisor (2011-2013), (2014-2016) and Advisor - Vice President of ABRACEEL (2017-2019).
Maurizio CencioniMember of the BoardJoined the Duferco Group in 1999 after an experience as a manager in the banking industry. He led the Corporate Finance area of trading and manufacturing of steel, before joining the group's energy market. Graduated in Economics and Auditing from University of Genova, Italy.

During 2010, he was responsible for the Legal Department of Coomex - Energy Market Operator Company (currently BTG Pactual Energy Trading). From 2011 to 2016, he was Executive Superintendent of the Legal Department of Pan SA Bank. Finally, he was an alternate member of the Administrative Council of MATRIX Energy Participations SA. At Matrix since 2016, acts as Chief Executive Officer.

Team Member of Corporate Finance from Duferco Group (2011-2012). CFO Assistant of DufEnergy Trading SA (2012-2015). Acting at MATRIX as CFO since 2015.
Ricardo SchaeferDirectorGraduated in Electrical Engineering from Mackenzie University. Acting in the Brazilian Electrical Sector for 25 years in the areas of Distribution and Trading of Energy. Management of Automation/Telecommunications and Commercial Management of Large Consumers of AES Eletropaulo (1997 - 2009). Director of Consumption on BTG Pactual's Energy Bureau (2010 - 2015). Since February 2015 acts as Director.
Tathiane SimõesCommercial DirectorShe holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UFRJ, a master's degree from COPPE/UFRJ, a specialization from the Japan International Cooperation Agency, an MBA from Dom Cabral Foundation and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Has 26 years of professional experience associated with the Brazilian Electricity Sector through Engevix, CESP, AES Tietê, Duke Energy, Enel Group and MATRIX Energy. Civil engineer, initially worked in the areas of engineering and maintenance of hydroelectric dams in the companies Engevix and CESP. For the last 17 years she has been directly involved in Electric Energy Trading from Duke Energy and the Enel Group. At MATRIX since January 2018, acts as Commercial Director.
Ricardo SuassunaInstitutional Relations DirectorExecutive with experience in the electrical energy sector for more than 30 years, extensive knowledge of Electric Sector Legislation and Regulation, and management, administration, accounting and corporate finance skills. Graduated in Electrical Engineering at the UFCG, with specializations in Electrical Engineering (UFCG), Finance and Business Management (FGV); Electric Energy Trading (UFPE), Regulation (George Washington University). Since January 2018, acts as Director of Institutional Relations at Matrix.
Luiza DiasRisk, Portfolio and Technology DirectorMaster in Economics from the University of York, Postgraduate in Finance from COPPEAD. She began her career in the financial market, having worked in the Middle and Risk areas of Banco Modal (2006 - 2008) and Risk at Barclays Bank PLC (2010 - 2011) in London. In 2011 she started in the commodities market in the corporate’s risk directorate at Vale (2011 - 2015) and afterwards worked at Brookfield Energia (2015 - 2018). At Matrix since November 2018, acts as Head of Risk, Portfolio & Middle Office and Technology.
Severino CláudioTrading DirectorOriginally from the sugar-energy sector, Severino Cláudio worked for 21 years, between the Northeast and the Southeast, in all stages until reaching the commercial / statutory directorate of the Carlos Lyra Group. He joined the free energy market in 2010, by Coomex (currently BTG Pactual Comercializadora de Energia) as Director for the Sugar and Energy Sector. Currently acts as Trading Director at Matrix
Guilherme HannaOperations DirectorBachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo - PUC / SP; post-graduate from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV / SP (Business Administration Course for Graduates - CEAG), post-graduate from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa - INSPER (LL.M in Corporate Law). Lawyer with over 15 years of experience, working in the areas of Corporate Law, Corporate Contracts, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Governance. At Matrix since March 2019, acts as Operations Director.
